My client is a well established financial services organisation with Operations all over the world. A fantastic opportunity has come available for an experienced Banking candidate to progress their career further as a Personal Banking Advisor.
As a Personal Banking Advisor you role will be to receive and/or initiate, understand and assess a full range of customer contacts and enquiries. Select and provide advice, guidance and service/solutions in response to specialist customer contacts. Apply specialist knowledge, skills and appropriate behaviours effectively to achieve a successful outcome while maintaining the maximum possible level of customer satisfaction. Deal effectively with sales and negotiation situations and opportunities, assessing and applying the best approach to the individual customer, and acting throughout in a manner which maximises the chances of successful sales plus satisfied customers. Ensure at all times that advice and services provided are consistent with all relevant procedures, standards, behaviours and performance targets as well as maximising the level of customer satisfaction. Support the work of team colleagues, providing appropriate help, guidance and advice and mentoring less experienced staff to assist in their development, thereby enabling the team to improve its capability, to operate efficiently and to maximising its performance.
Essential Experience
Must be able to speak fluent Cantonese
Must come from a Banking or a Financial Serviced background
Must be able to pass a credit check
