Capability Manager/Equity Strategist recruitment
The role primarily involves capability management for Emerging Markets and Asian Equity: providing marketing and communication materials for both internal and external uses; and assisting in product development. It is also a client facing role and the candidate would be expected to interact with and market to internal and external clients.

- Liaise closely with internal analysts and portfolio managers in order to accurately represent the strategy internally and externally
- Source, monitor and explain performance results for all products within the capability
- Work closely with all distribution channels, maintaining a strong network of contacts internally and externally in order to understand and effectively meet their needs
- Take responsibility for client reporting and marketing material for all internal and external uses, including written reports, presentational slides and capability reports
- Support new business and RfP teams in order to fully exploit all opportunities
- Work pro-actively within Capability Management group, working on projects that will help drive the equity business forward, improve efficiency or profitability
- Work on marketing and developing new product launches, maintaining a good understanding of appropriate delivery vehicles
- Build broad knowledge of investment strategies within other capabilities and be prepared to cross promote other products
