My client is looking for a creative capacity and availability analyst to join their central London office. To focus on the ongoing development of supporting processes and producing service management reports.
The successful candidate must be able to work independently and will have experience of working within service management and have a working knowledge of ITIL v3 to a foundation level. The candidate must also be capable of producing management reports from a range of data sources.
The candidate will have the following skills:
· Strong MS Office skills
· Good understanding of Microsoft SQL language
· Experience of ITSM tools
· A good understanding of VMware, Windows, Linux with EMC and SAN storage
