We are currently looking for either a Senior Consultant, Manager or Associate Director join our Melbourne Capital and Debt Advisory practice to draw upon previous corporate/investment banking and/or debt/capital advisory experience.
About the role
As a debt advisory professional you'll work in a rapidly growing Capital Debt Advisory team that advises local and global organisations in making strategic capital financing decisions, in debt structuring and debt capital raising, refinancing and debt restructures. This opportunity provides exposure to the entire spectrum of debt solutions and structures.
About you
As a memwber of this specialist team you will ideally possess:
- Experience in a similar role or in corporate/investment banking for Manager or Associate Director levels or professional services experience for Senior Consultant level only
- An ability to understand a wide range of economic, business and industry dynamics
- A high level of commercial acumen and strong financial and analytical skills
- Ability to analyse companies and their capital credit profiles
- For Associate Director leve, must have excellent business development skills and an ability to build relationships
- Tertiary Post-Graduate Qualifications in Finance or related disciplines
