First yr income: $ 50k base; $ 125k Total first yr

 

 

About The Company

This Fortune 500 client is a global leader with a diversified medical products portfolio. We are searching for an experienced capital medical Sales Representative to drive sales growth and meet company sales objectives in the hospital market.

About The Position:

The Sales Representative will execute sales growth via these job functions:

·        Develop and execute an annual Sales Plan to meet company sales goals.

·         Monitor and modify the annual Sales Plan quarterly to maximize Sales Funnel potential and execution

·        Use a strategic selling process with a clinical and consultative sales style to support existing customers, convert competitive business and drive market expansion

·        Identify and convert sales opportunities throughout the Acute Care market.

·        Develop and maintain relationships in multiple clinical departments

·        Deliver Group and C-level presentations to highlight the products’ features and benefits

·        Conduct product demonstrations/evaluations to ensure effective customer product adoption.

·        Assure reliability and superior customer satisfaction.

·        Utilizing the complete sales process, meet all sales quotas assigned, while staying within the pre-determined budget for sales personnel.

·        Work trade shows and develop leads for the product line.

·        Perform other job functions as delegated by the District Manager

·        Responsible for product system capital and disposable pricing.

 

 

 

To be considered for this outstanding opportunity, you MUST have the following.

·        Minimum of 3 years experience selling capital and/or medical devices in the Acute Care market.

·        Strong established relationships and ability to gain referrals from key physicians and nurses in the territory

·        Local market knowledge of the territory IDNs and GPOs

·        Strong communication skills including command of cardiovascular vernacular.

·        Success with capital equipment hospital decision-making process.

·        Should have solid strategic selling skills, a clinical consultative sales process and understand the acute care/hospital market.

·        Ability to develop and maintain relationships in multiple clinical departments

·        Ability to deliver large group and C-level presentations.

·        Documented sales success.

·        Great business acumen with ability to travel when required.

·        Polished image and driven personality.

·        Cardiovascular or Clinical experience with a Sales background a PLUS!
