Capital Market Sales
This role requires a strong candidate with a cross discipline skill set in Structured Notes within the following areas,
Key Role Aspects:
Trading: Confident in structuring, researching, pricing trades individually and as part of a wider team structure across multiple jurisdictions. Strong relationship management with counterparties and treasury departments is also a must.
Selling: Commercially astute with strong sense of market awareness, ability to structure and sell product and also build strong relationships with new and existing clients
Origination: Strong origination skills with adaptability to work across multiple asset classes
The ideal candidate will posses the following:
• Strong academic background.
• A strong track record in Capital Markets with particular emphasis on Structured Notes
• Ability to originate
• Very strong knowledge of Capital Markets with particular emphasis on the European and America's market
• Highly analytical with commercial approach to pricing trades
• Working collaboratively with the internal stakeholders to deliver revenue for Capital Markets
• Capability to work collaboratively and effectively with other Capital Markets teams within the bank globally
• Openness to travelling
• Fluency in Portuguese an advantage
