Capital Markets Execution Banker-Sing recruitment
If you are a VP/AD level candidate coming from a strong execution background (such as the corporate finance side or MA), this is a wonderful opportunity for you. My client, a top-tier Asian investment bank are looking to make the hire of a transaction execution banker to join their Singapore team.
The Role:
- Responsibility for the execution of global MA, corporate finance and ECM transactions across SE Asia
- Will receive handover from transaction team once negotiations have been completed. You will need to liaise with the in-house lawyer and legal team as well as external lawyers to settle legal matters and ensure that transaction corresponds to all legal requirements.
- Lead deal execution process by coordinating with client, lawyers and accountants.
- Regular contact with other internal teams within the bank to ensure smooth running of execution process.
- Is essential to be business fluent (both written and spoken) in Mandarin and English.
- Investment banking experience highly desirable or an applicant coming from one of the top investment banks - corporate finance side or MA.
