We advise firms at every stage of the implementation cycle, by devising strategies and approaches that enable them to leverage their investment to transform organisational performance, market positioning and overall competitiveness.
As a Senior Manager, you will work with our clients to understand the impacts of new policies, processes, reporting standards and architectures; and subsequently assist in the delivery of enterprise wide change.
Core Deliverables
- To provide high quality global capital management and allocation to senior internal stakeholders
- Driving capital management and allocation frameworks for risk limits
- Support of dividend strategies
- Management of corporate legal entity structures
- Finance, structuring and technical advice for legal entities
Experience Background
- 5 years+ relevant industry experience, in either a relevant Consultancy role or within financial services, ideally insurance
- Good understanding of entity and financial management
- Deep understanding of Risk Exposure Modelling Techniques
- Multi-disciplinary-including actuarial and risk management skills
Qualifications and skills
- MSc or higher within an actuarial or quantitative subject
- High performer with ambition and ability to learn quickly
- Proven ability to deliver to deadlines
- Appropriately manage issues and risks
