Capital Reporting Project Manager recruitment
A Capital Reporting Project Manager is required with the capital management skillset and subject matter and experience of successful regulatory project deliveries in a large investment bank, to achieve the full integration of the US Securities business into the banks global platforms. The Project Manager will be required to manage the project across the entire project life cycle, from inception through to delivery and post implementation. The role will require the successful candidate to manage teams of business analysts and SMEs based in the UK and US, as well as remote management of an IT team based in India to deliver to the specified requirements. Due to the high visibility of this project within the business and senior management, the candidate will need to demonstrate the appropriate skills required to manage a diverse group of senior stakeholders across a number of areas.
The successful candidate will have strong business knowledge around Finance and accounting, and more specifically Capital in the regulatory arena. He/she will have extensive experience working on regulatory projects (e.g. Basel 2, CRD 3, etc.) delivering solutions across the project life cycle, with a proven track record of successful delivery.
