Specific Job Description Experience in the Military, DOD IDIQ task order environment in identifying, qualifying, capturing and working related programs. Experience winning task orders using NETCENTS, ITES, GSA Alliant, or other GSA IDIQ programs. Must have excellent written and verbal skills to communicate the organizations capabilities and differentiators. Be organized and able to multi-task and prioritize multiple programs and opportunities. Able to think strategically, create and execute a pipeline that enables the strategic direction. Knowledge and experience with proposal writing. Able to craft and present strategic opportunity briefs to senior executive leadership. Must have excellent communication, relationship building skills, and works extremely well with people. Able to obtain a Secret security clearance. Be familiar with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) processes. Standard Job Description Leads capture efforts to secure new or re-compete contracts, or task order business. Has accountability to shape and win new business through a balanced focus on customer value, the competitive environment, and the corporation's best interests. Develops capture strategy including business solution for pursuit of opportunities; identifies potential customers, competitive assessments, teaming suppliers, and prices-to-win; participates in bid and proposal activities. Has responsibility to lead and integrate the assigned cross-functional team and authority to direct team activities for the duration of the pursuit. Maintains ongoing interaction with business development. Security Clearance Secret Typical Minimums Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 18 or more years of professional experience; or 15 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. This position is used on exception basis and is typically limited to Business Area/Corporate staffs.
