We are seeking a Capture Leader to identify and pursue to closure new Federal Civilian and DOD business. Establish and maintain effective liaison/interface at various levels within the customer community, including Government agencies, industry primes and potential subcontractors. Candidate will lead in positioning programs to create competitive advantage for Wyle. Candidate will develop and execute capture plans and associated details on selected programs, detailing the win strategy, discriminators, price-to-win estimates, action plans, and operations concept. Other duties include: gather and prepare competitive analyses, analyzes/matrixes RFP requirements, develop risk mitigation assessments, and coordinate with the proposal team to execute against these plans. Must maintain an awareness of industry capabilities, own, lead and coordinate the overall capture process, teaming discussions, agreements and negotiations, through legal, pricing, marketing, and senior staff reviews. Develop, prepare and briefing milestone reviews and remain engaged through the proposal process. Coordinates with proposal manager to ensure win themes and strategies are incorporated into the proposal. Other duties include critical strategic thinking and implementing strategies to grow various markets for Wyle. Requirements: * Proven track record successfully developing and capturing new business for large ($50M+) professional services bids. * Must be able to manage details and able to think strategically. * Training and/or experience following Business Development and Capture Management processes such as Shipley Associates, SMA, or other proven approaches. * Ability to work closely with Operations, Technical, Contracts and Pricing organizations to execute capture strategies. * Experience with developing winning strategies and influencing customer requirements. * Experience developing and coordinating for approval overall teaming strategy. * Proven ability to develop and document the price to win strategy. * Proven ability to deliver concise briefings to senior executives on new business opportunities. * Excellent written and verbal communications required.
