Description
- Maintains grade and quality of program deliverables within defined and agreed upon program requirements. Identifies and resolves matters of significance impacting the productivity of several large, complex, global programs. Oversees and implements changes and adjusts as appropriate.
- Interfaces with team members, stakeholders and management to anticipate and manage changes to projects, such as but not limited to, technical requirements, business requirements and schedule.
- Determines when additional resources are needed and implements same. Identifies or gathers information regarding possible solutions that may create additional, different or unique project objectives or results.
- Manages client project/senior management, company management and project team expectations for agreed upon project performance by obtaining, providing and interpreting project metrics. Leverages corporate synergies to improve customer information technology performance.Develops and implementsCapture Management Plans, Proposal Management Plans, Proposals, and Program Management Plans IAW with CSC Policy and PMI guidelines.
- Interfaces as point of contact with higher level personnel of designated customer populations to assist customers in articulating business problems.
- Markets government agencies and/or commercial organizations regarding need for work in the design, installation, operation, and/or maintenance of IT, cyber, garrison support and intel focused opportunities.
- Leads pursuit/capture efforts, including strategy development, pursuit planning, presentations, concepts, visit reports, draft specifications, customer responses, internal coordination, and periodic reviews - has the technical skills to lead proposal efforts and conduct/develop solutions on smaller opportunities specific to NETCOM, ISEC, ATEC opportunities and the CSC Fort Huachuca account plan.
- Develops a business case for more complex management bid decisions and works with business development to develop way ahead and teaming strategies.
- Develops price models for assigned request for information (RFI) and request for proposal (RFP) along with building technical solutions and responses to RFPs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Master's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Twelve or more years of proposal or capture management experience
- Nine or more years supervisory or management experience included
- Experience working with company products, operating systems, and programming languages
- Experience working with the technology industry
