Responsibilities
• Ensure prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of work area at all times
• Ensure all food orders are in above standard quality
• Perform daily set-up, preparation, and clean up of concessions area
• Compose cash transactions
Job Requirements
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule
• Must be reliable
• Must acquire Tips certification
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills
• Must be self-motivated and be able to complete tasks as assigned
• Must be available to work overnights when needed
• General food safety knowledge
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs. on a regular basis, bend, and stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to withstand humid conditions at times while still delivering excellent customer service
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have high school diploma or GED
• Previous food service experience a plus but not required; training will be provided
