CARD SERVICES — GLOBAL COMMERCIAL CARD — TECHNOLOGY BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST LEAD – VP – Based in London, UK recruitment
The Global Commercial Card International Program Management team is responsible for delivering medium to large scale, complex integrated technology solutions in support of the global commercial card travel and entertainment product offering in EMEA, LATAM and APAC regions.Work with the business leadership to provide end-to-end analysis and design of business systems:
Needs assessment; Requirements gathering; Requirements prioritization; Requirements estimation; Risk assessment.Ensure use case definition and functional specifications documented align to business and technology strategic objectives.
This includes analysis and design of 3rd party vendor technology solutions and processes, legacy systems, and/or new product development.Work with IT technical analysts and developers to ensure clear understanding of functional specifications and quality assurance specialists to ensure effective development of test plans, scenarios, and scripts.Document operational readiness of technology solutions including service levels, incident management and monitoring.Work in partnership with program management office of business case development for technology integrated solutions and implementations in region.
Ensure strong performance management practices for team; develop, train, and coach team members and support the career development and training strategy.
