Role Summary/Purpose

The Cardiac Care Marketing Manager for MUSE and Premium Electrocardiographs Europe, leads coordinates and executes the marketing plan for Life Care Solutions Cardiac Care Solutions based on the customers current and future needs, on the overall LCS strategy, analysis of the competition and related industries. He/she joins a great team in Freiburg, Germany and drives this segment to be a key differentiator versus the competition within this LCS Care Area.

Essential Responsibilities

-Manage GTM (Go To Market) strategy for the MUSE and Premium Carts segment, including creation of value propositions, brochures, positioning/segmentation, data sheets, sales trainings and competitive analysis
- Provide Market analysis of segments, competition and business cases to support strategy
- Identify customer needs and market opportunities as well as provide input for short and long term planning
- Design and implement new offerings and promotions to maximize Installed Base satisfaction and retention as well boosting orders, revenues and margins
- Determine pricing strategy for targeted segments including indirect distribution
- Contribute to digital tools communication platform for distribution of marketing information to field and indirect partners
- Develop and maintain close relationship with DCAR/LCS product managers/Care Area Managers (global and local) as well as Service colleagues, to capture all information necessary to formulate connectivity strategy, educational materials and capture regional input across disciplines/segments.
- Provide VOC (Voice of Customer) to LLCS and DCAR management and product development colleagues to highlight customer needs and influence NPI process
- Synchronize marketing activities with all Care Area managers and One GEHC personnel to insure a GTM strategy as One Team/One Face to the customer
- Represent LCS/DCAR to customers, institutions and professional associations where applicable

Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor of Marketing /Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or global equivalent - Proven Sales/Marketing experience in the Healthcare Industry – preferably within Cardiology-Proven ability to create value propositions and successful and efficient solutions for customers- Fluent in English- Experience to successfully lead and influence teams across functions, locations and cultures to inspire a culture of collaboration, customer success, and continuous improvement centered on growth- Experience in change management- Strong Problem solving, negotiation and conflict management skills For further questions please contact Tina Luckey, Senior Corporate Recruiter (+49 89 96281212).
