Cardiothoracic Surgical Technologist Saint Francis Medical Center has an opening for Full Time Cardiothoracic Surgical Technologist to become a member of our outstanding Open Heart team. We are seeking individuals who like to work in a team setting, have excellent organizational skills, and are flexible with hours. Requirements include: Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program. Experience as a Surgical Technologist is required and open heart experience is preferred. Must be able to take call on a rotational basis and respond within 20 minutes when on call. Saint Francis Medical Center offers a pay for performance program for Surgical Technologists, with pay increases as orientation goals are achieved.
