To assist with the delivery of new Card product strategies to their Consumer/Retail customer segments, an outstanding opportunity has arisen for a strategically minded, highly experienced Cards specialist to take ownership of the design, delivery and implementation of key product initiatives and provide strong leadership to the product management team.
This key senior-level role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills as well as the ability to set clear strategic direction to drive innovation and improvement with the various reporting products supported by 3rd party providers. The ability to understand the concepts and drive the strategic business case and requirements is critical to your success.
The key criteria for success include:
- A proven track record of developing and driving product strategy and initiatives
- Proven abilities to lead, drive and inspire a team of product management specialists
- The ability to engage and be seen as a Subject Matter Expert with key internal and external channels to ensure and enhance the customer experience
- Taking accountability for the end to end Product Management lifecycle and working closely with the sales teams to maximise revenue growth
- Demonstrate an understanding of key revenue drivers and leverage points of existing products to identify product enhancement opportunities
