Care Center Agent II Job in Memphis 38119, Tennessee US

Industry leader actively looking for a Care Center Agent for a contract opportunity with the potential to convert to perm.  In this role, you will be responding and resolving level II and/or III inbound calls and emails for retail (POS) software support desk issues.  Looking for someone who understands business processes - not a PC helpdesk support analyst.  
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Strong communication skillswritten and verbal.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Understanding of retail processes (retail management experience encompassing POS software would be ideal).

• Gen Accounting knowledge(understands debits and credits).

• Must be able to work independently and a self starter.

• Team player.

• Ideally, experience in hardware and application software troubleshooting, analysis and resolution.
