A challenging mix, this one! Manager/Chef to oversee the services of a care home in Tunbridge Wells.
Duties will include overseeing the company's Food, Housekeeping Laundry services to all of the residents, ensuring that everything is kept to the high standards expected.
These include the Dining Room, Bar and Food Services, overseeing the quality of food, providing budgets and stocktaking.
Must also have cheffing experience as will be covering the 2 chefs when they are on holiday and off sick (roughly 11 weeks per year)
Also manage, supervise and deal with staff appraisals.
You will need to be personable, have excellent communication skills and able to work as part of a team.
