CARE HOME NURSE (RGN/RMN) – LINCOLNSHIRE
Hays Healthcare is working with a leading private healthcare provider to assist in their recruitment of full-time nurses (RGN / RMN) to work in their care home based in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire.
Drovers Call is a 60 bed residency, covering the following categories of care:
· Residential
· Nursing
· Dementia Residential Nursing
· Physical Disability
Job Purpose:
The post holder will be required to deliver an excellent standard of care in addition to:
· Promote professional, clinical, administrative and financial arrangements, training and care planning within the home
· Maintain and monitor the health and well-being of the service user group
· Manage the property to prevent untoward neglect of furnishings and fittings
This Nursing Home has an excellent reputation for providing a high standard of care whilst providing a range of activities for their residents. Any applicant for this position will be someone who is passionate about care of the elderly and making a difference in other people's lives.
