We have multiple managerial opportunities available for experienced Care Managers (with AHPRA General Nurse registration), to lead multi disciplinary teams, ensuring the provision of high quality clinical care and services to our residents. The roles operate as part of our dynamic, friendly and dedicated management teams.

 

Our preferred candidates will be ones that are truly passionate about promoting respect and choice for older people to their teams and in their work community.

 

You lead by example, providing education and mentorship to your team. Your interpersonal skills are high calibre, enabling you to build rapport with clients and staff alike, to promote a positive environment within the facility. You possess an excellent track record with regards to providing clinical and holistic care to clients, and as a standard practise, you keep well informed of the latest care methods to further enhance client quality care. You have a working knowledge of the legislative, quality and funding environment standards, applicable to the sector and will ensure that both resident care and documentation are of a highest standard, across the site.

 

You will have performed in a similar role, working in the acute care sector or aged care environment, possess ACFI knowledge, Australian Accredited tertiary qualifications in nursing, excellent leadership skills and the ability to continue our facility being recognised as a leader in high quality care. In order to be considered eligible you will also possess an Australian working VISA or hold Australian residency.
