The Care Support Manager will be responsible for developing a department to address the needs of CareFamily customers and for promoting superior customer service standards.

 

Position Title – Care Support Manager

 

Status (Full Time/Part Time/Salaried/Hourly) Full Time, Salaried

 

Major Duties Responsibilities –

 

·         Manage all aspects of the care seeker experience with CareFamily – including but not limited to:

o        Care seeker retention

o        Care seeker registration support (including employer set up)

o        Care seeker care plan support

o        Assisting care seekers with caregiver selection

o        Ongoing system support for care seekers

·         Work with technology team to ensure that the care seeker experience is efficient and effective

·         With the technology and executive team to develop relevant reporting needed to determine success 

·         Lead efforts to ensure that all established goals and objectives for care seekers are accomplished

·         Coordinate the resolution of care seeker related problems, grievances, and inquiries

·         Act as secondary contact for care seeker related partners

·         Manage care seeker administration staff and coordinators, facilitating their development and performance

·         Work with the Operations Director, implement projects key to the care seeker experience.

 

Education Requirements – Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred

 

Skill Requirements – Strong interpersonal skills; Excellent oral and written communication; Experience working with internet technology and Microsoft office software; strong problem solving skills

 

Work Experience Requirements – 3+ years management level experience, background working with seniors and family desirable
