As a Field Operations Administrator for Farmers in our corporate headquarters just north of Los Angeles, you will function as an arm in staff operations within the Human Resources and staffing department, performing a wide variety of assigned duties to grow the AgencyPoint business and increase its brand awareness on the east coast. In this highly visible role your impeccably strong communication skills and people-oriented personality will be key as you work with AgencyPoint management, executive management, and our HR department to improve the performance of our Field Operations teams. This is a role where you will be bouncing from project to project, some of which carry a high degree of complexity, so your attention to detail and top notch organizational skills will absolutely be called upon daily. A four year college degree (required) and some staffing or Human Resources experience will allow you to manage our programs, track effectiveness, and report results in a timely, professional manner. Previous project management experience, whether gained in classroom or career, will be a plus as much of the focus of the position is on project management. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications will be required, and we are looking for someone with the flexibility to work outside the traditional  "9 to 5" hours.
