Career Coaching Consultant Job in Waterford Ireland
We are currently recruiting for a suitably qualified individual to provide career coaching and outplacement to clients on a nationwide basis. The successful incumbent will also be required to proactively manage and develop the existing business to ensure market presence on a nationwide basis.
Suitable applicants will:
- Have previous a minimum of 6 years experience in HR/Training/Business management with relevant 3rd level qualification
- Experience in coaching and/or facilitation ideally within the career development area
- Ideally have strong business development exposure and/or customer service/sales orientation.
- Excellent IT Skills and proven presentation skills
The person MUST be highly motivated, with strong entrepreneurial skills. Ability to travel is essential therefore full clean driving licence will be required.
