Careers Advisor (Sales)
Our client,a leading Educational Services Provider based in North London, are looking to recruit a host of excellent Outbound Sales Advisors to join their growing team on a permanent basis. Located in fantastic offices over two floors in North London, our client are growing rapidly and are actually looking for 15-20 candidates to join them as soon as possible.
Our company are affiliated to a host of Providers and are tasked with enrolling potential new students on their behalf. Working on a huge database of continuous leads, you will be responsible for making 60+ daily outbound calls to customers, advising them over the features and benefits of the course in an attempt to convert interest into sales. Sales can be closed in one call, however some clients can take 2 or 3 calls to convert.
It is expected that you will convert a minimum of 15 enrolments per month, and commission will be paid on any additional enrolments after the 15th conversion of the month. The OTE for this role is £35,000 and is very realistic, given that current employees are closing 45-50 enrolments per month and making an extra £1500 - £2000 in bonuses every month.
In order to be considered for these vacancies, it is essential that you have the following:
- Telephony experience (ideally in an outbound sales environment)
- Articulate telephone manner
- Hunger and drive to earn commission
- Sociable, enthusiastic personality
- Immediate/quick availability
Working hours for the roles are as follows: 10.00am - 7.00pm Monday to Thursday, 10.00am - 4.00pm Friday (the Director believes in rewarding you with an early finish on a Friday after a hard week's selling!)
