Careers Advisor
Our client, a leading Consultancy who work alongside Educational bodies, are looking for a number of enthusiastic, determined Careers Advisors to join their fast-growing company.
Based in North London, we have worked extensively with this client for the last 6 months and have placed close to 20 candidates there on a permanent basis. Working in sociable, open-plan offices, this really is a great opportunity for the right candidate(s).
In a nutshell, your role will be to make in excess of 100 daily outbound calls to prospective students (all leads are provided for you), advising them over the unique selling points of your company's product with the aim of converting each and every call into course enrolments. Due to the incredible service our client provide, and the huge features and benefits of completing the courses on offer, this is an extremely attractive service to offer to prospective students.
Your basic salary will be £19,000 and a realistic OTE of £30,000 - £40,000 is on offer. Currently, there are 40+ Advisors in the sales team and monthly commission ranges from £500 to £2000 per Advisor!
In order to be considered for this role, it is essential that you have the following:
- Experience of making outbound sales calls
- Experience of closing sales
-Articulate telephone manner
- Sociable, outgoing personality
- Ambition to progress career
Not only are these roles extremely lucrative (as our successful placements are already finding out!), but there is a genuine chance to progress your career quickly throughout the company.
