Located in downtown DC/Chinatown. Metro accessible location. -- MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN -- The successful candidate will meet the following requirements: Minimum ofnine (9) years of experience developing and implementing software solutions using Case 360. Minimum oftwelve (12) years of experience developing and implementing software designs to solve business problems; and producing high quality architecture artifacts with attention to detail. Minimum of four (4) years of IT experience in Full Life Cycle development, to include: system design (OOD), architecture, development, maintenance and support. Experience with the following is desired: Java Server Faces (JSF), Captiva, WebLogic Server, Documentum Foundation Classes (DFC), JBoss, SQL, and Web Service development. Thorough understanding of Case 360 best practices, desired. The duties expected to be performed may include, but are not limited to, the following: Designs application modules that work together to produce desired product. Ensures that completed modules provide all functionality described by application experts to ensure thatperformance guidelines are met. Develops estimated level-of-efforts for enhancements and new features. Work with other team members to develop a complete and integrated solution. Working with client staff to refine requirements and to identify areas for enhancement. Monitoring and maintaining live production system. CONTRACTUAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be a U.S. Citizen Must be able to obtain/maintain a USCIS 6C clearance (a level of Public Trust clearance) All work must be conducted at work location - No remote workEssential Job Functions Codes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents highly complex programs. Develops complex test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs. Designs systems and programs to meet highly complex business needs. Preparesdetailed specifications from which programs are developed and coded. Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation. Identifies issues, recommends document changes and implements same. Gathers information from existing systems, analyzes program and time requirements. Prepares time estimates and justifications for assigned tasks and provides recommendations to project managers. Supports project personnel in resolving fairly complex program problems. Works with client and management to resolve issues and validate programming requirements within their areas of responsibility. Provides technical advice on complex programming. May serve as technical project lead; provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel. Conducts quality assurance activities such as peer reviews. Provides recommendations and revisions to programs and documents. Provides consulting services in a technical and/or managerial capacity to management and technical staff. May represent company in presentations or conferences involving customers, co-contractors, suppliers, competitors, academia or the public. Develops work plans and work estimates for large scope projects.
