Case Handler

Main Duties
- Dealing with incoming calls
- Resolving customer queries
- Manage case files
- Updating the in-house system
- Working to targets

- Strong IT Skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Experience of working using own initiative as well as working as part of a team
- Previous experience dealing with complaints is desirable
- Previous experience working within a call centre environment
- Punctual and flexible
