We currently have an opportunity available for a driven Case Manager in our Lismore office, to work in a fast paced, high volume, processing and team environment.
Operating within relevant legislation, you will work actively to determine initial and ongoing liability for medical and like services on claims.
To succeed in this role you will come from a strong medical background, preferably gained within insurance, case management, occupational rehabilitation, clinical, human resource or a legal environment. A qualification in allied health is highly desirable.
You will be an excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills and an ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people. With strong analytical and problem solving skills, you will have the ability to make decisions based on sound judgement.
