Case Manager-Credit Relationship Management-Dublin Job in Dublin Ireland
Our client a well established financial organisation based in Dublin City Centre is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Case Manager, Credit Relationship Management. Ideally we are looking for 3-5 years experience in a Lending / Credit Management role in a dedicated Lending Unit or Debt Recovery environment.
Skills:
- Proven track record of operating with a significant lending discretion or experience in the preparation of applications for assessment at Credit Committee.
- Debt restructuring experience.
- Understanding of execution of Security and of the powers for the Bank associated with different forms of Security
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Proven track record of delivery against challenging objectives
Job Description:
- Full responsibility for the credit management of the -loan book
- Ensure that all agreed credit management processes are adhered to in line with Bank Policy.
- Identify early risk situations where a credit solution might not be readily / easily achievable and take the appropriate action - ensure that credit grading is utilised to accurately reflect the risk and assist in determining the appropriate actions.
- Ensure satisfactory Credit and Audit Reviews are achieved for the relevant area and provide assurance to the Senior Lending Manager on the quality of the Loan Book.
- Proactively drive the early progression of applications to decisioning, seek out applications where progress in not evident and recognise/take the appropriate course of action to expedite matters.
- The execution of the credit role must be performed in adherence / compliance with Basel requirements.
