Case Manager I or II-F/T. Classification based on education relevant experience. Description: Provide direct case management services to high need/crisis consumers; provide support liaison services between treatment team placement facility for the purpose of minimizing hospitalization and/or other high cost services; under the direction of the crisis therapist, work with consumer family to promote restore placement in home environment. Knowledge of community resources helpful. Preferred background in behavioral theories substance abuse treatment.
Administrative Specialist I-IV-F/T. Classification based on education relevant experience. Duties to include: Provide support technical assistance in Electronic Health Record other computer software applications; Create, run interpret data based reports queries; Provide training instruction for staff; Answer user questions, analyze, investigate, resolve computer related problems.
