The candidate will control and secure facility and residents within legal constraints and contract agency stipulations.Typical duties include:*Prepare written personalized program for each resident to establish measurable criteria of behavior, accomplishments and goals*Monitor facility sanitation and safety*Assist Job Developer with employment programs and verifications*Prepare reports summarizing program performanceThe right candidate will have:*2 years directly related job experience*Familiarity with community corrections systems and their current practices*Successful completion of criminal background check, driver's license check, and drug screening
