Contingent Case Manager/QMHS Columbus Area is seeking an individual with the ability to work with severely mentally ill adult population to provide community psychiatric support treatment services; services may be office or community based; will be responsible for temporary coverage of caseloads of staff on leave and short-term services to consumers served under grant program(s). Experience working with dual diagnosis, entitlements such as Medicaid and Social Security Disability Income preferred. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an understanding of client centered care, excellent documentation skills, triaging of risk, time management and ability to move client to greater independence from the mental health system. Position hours are variable and based on need with the possibility to transition to full-time permanent positions as they become available. Minimum Bachelor's degree in social work or related field; Prefer LSW or Counselor; at least two years of community mental health experience.
