CASE MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB SUMMARY:
A CPT Case Manager is responsible for overseeing all case activity from its administrative conception through disbursement, implementing all tasks as designated by the Parties’ Joint Stipulation and Settlement Agreement. The Case Manager will be the primary point of contact between CPT and Counsel and will be responsible for providing any information or reporting requested in a timely and comprehensive manner. Case Manager works closely with IT, Mailing Department, Claims Department, and the Call Center throughout administration, and reports directly to the Director of Operations.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 years experience in a related field or position (ex: Project Management)
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
COMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- MS Word (formatting/design)
- MS Excel (basic formulas and calculations)
- MS Outlook (email and calendaring)
- MS Access (some database experience preferred)
