About Us:

-We are a new premier state of the art, short-term sub-acute skilled nursing facility who has been open almost 1 year now in Las Vegas, Nevada. 

-We specialize in short-term transitional rehab care for patients that need care for several weeks before they return back home.  We offer 38 private suites for our patients to recover in as we nurse and rehab them back to health.

Job Opening Requirements:
-We are currently accepting applications resumes, conducting interviews for a Case Manager who is also a Registered Nurse to head our nursing case management efforts.  Must be a Registered Nurse, who has preferably had previous case management experience in a skilled nursing facility setting.

-We are hiring a Registered Nurse/Case Manager who is currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Nevada (or willing to get their RN License in Nevada), has current CPR and background clearance, who has experience working in a skilled nursing facility at least 2-3 years as a nurse, and preferably 1-2 years working in a case management. 

-Must be savvy and knowledgeable of current state federal guidelines regulations pertaining to skilled nursing facilities, admission discharge planning, social services, and nursing practices.  Must be able to communicate at a high level with families, physicians, and vendors at all areas of care.  Must be able to multi-task a wide variety of duties at once.
