Reporting to the Senior Case Manager, as a Case Manager you will be the second escalation point, above the Customer Service Representatives, for all customer concerns for which they wish to lodge a formal complaint.
The suitable candidate will posses
- Very strong complaint handling background
- The ability to follow a resolution process through from start to finish
- Maintain a sense of urgency throughout the process
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Demonstratable experience in managing a case load
- Polished and professional phone manner
- Strong administration background
Previous complaint handling within a government department is highly regarded.
Successful applicants have the opportunity to start immediately, with the position continuing until June 30, 2012.
