- Roll out Caseware template to maximum number of UK entities.
- Design and write up the detailed internal processes to support Accounts Production.
- Act as project manager for internal Senior Managers. Maintain formal issues log. Identify and manage risks.
- Prepare stakeholder updates (e.g. Audit Committee).
