Cash Analyst recruitment
The Cash Services department is collectively charged with responsibility for:
- Ensure that all Procedural Guidelines are updated and in line with UBS Policies / External Policies.
- Management of the Cash Management Trust including direct client service of CMT only clients
- Management of our Multi Currency transaction activity
- Management of our Third Party Term deposits establishment and maturities
The Analyst responsibilities include
- Preparation/processing of client instructions
- Interface to client advisors and their assistants on CMT and transaction queries
- Monitoring and reporting of activity trends
- Issue investigation
- General clerical and data entry
The successful candidate will require the skills, attributes and behaviours listed in the additional requirements below.
• High level of computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets, Microsoft Outlook and exposure to mainframe systems
• Confidence and maturity in communicating with clients and colleagues at all levels
• Demonstrate initiative and commitment to business outcomes. An ability to seek solutions outside the norm will be highly rated
• Ability to work within tight time constraints to achieve targets
• Demonstrates an attitude of flexibility in responding to changing work demands
• Ability to work effectively as part of the overall Operations team – demonstrates “joined up” thinking on problem solving and client service
• Highly self-motivated, demonstrate drive and commitment towards shared business goals
