My client is a multinational provider of clean, ethical and sustainable chemicals, water and healthcare. They are looking for a Credit Manager with particular experience within Cash Collection and management of Credit Control staff. The job opportunity has arisen after the relocation of several Credit staff functions from across the country into the UK corporate Head Office at the Northwich site.

Within the role you will manage the UK Shared Service Centre staff and resources for UK European collections, with particular emphasis on driving improvements within cash collection consistent with business working capital and growth objectives. You will be able to demonstrate a proven ability to improve collection results and increase the efficiency of staff collections and processes. You will regularly report to the EMEA Credit Manager to provide monthly reporting and analysis on overall collections. You will have regular client contact and participate in customer visits in order to manage and optimise effective working relationships. With up to 20 direct reports you must have significant experience of staff management and improvement.
