The Role:
The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for Brokers for pre-matching related queries within the bank for equity products. Candidate must be on hand to offer premium service levels and deal with all Broker / Trade support and Settlement queries and manage the relationships between Brokers and internal departments. Up to date market knowledge on key initiatives and developments within the pre-matching and settlement space are essential. You will have direct interaction with Trade support and traders on a daily basis.
Requirements:
• Knowledge of the workings of Pan European markets e.g. buy-in risks, settlement fines, market nuances would be beneficial.
• Experience of working with salespeople / traders.
• Corporate Actions knowledge would also be very beneficial.
• Microsoft access and/or Excel macro skills would be advantageous.
• An ability to make decisions and make executive decisions to act, escalate or prioritise in line with our teams operational procedures.
