Specific Duties:
- Overall responsibility for the team and the service provided to the clients (internal and external).
- Deliver a high quality service within agreed budgetary and headcount constraints.
- Anticipate future service delivery requirements
- Via process change and/or systems development, deliver efficiency gains and risk reduction
- Provide focus and leadership ensuring team demonstrate strong service culture
- Work with other teams to develop and implement new department wide processes / systems
- Keep actively abreast of regulatory, industry, peer and competitor developments
- Promote and implement training and development activities for all staff
- Support the hiring, promotional and termination recommendation process
- Manage internal relationships with other State Street groups to ensure the team delivers and receives a high quality service
- Support the RFP process for existing or potential new clients.
- Collaborate closely with the respective Senior Cash Management Manager
- Participate in Service Review Meetings where required
- Manage and lead staff within the team via 1 to 1 meetings, PPR reviews and tackle any performance issues that may arise.
- Perform high level checks on the work carried out within the team and support Cash Management Administrators where required
