Cash Manager

This new position will be based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and reports to the Group Treasurer in Moscow with a dotted-line reporting to the VP of Finance International.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day relationships with banks in the Netherlands and in Europe
- Execute payment orders in bank system based on group finance instructions
- Manage the issuance and application of bank products and solutions (e.g. corporate cards, guarantees, letters of credit, escrow deposits, etc.)
- Assist in opening and closing group bank accounts
- Bank products market review, analysis and recommendations (e.g. cash management products, international cash pooling, ‘payment factory’ solutions)
- Assist Group Treasurer with intercompany financing planning and investment management (Cash Flow reports, investment options review and negotiating, etc.)
- Administration and reconciliation of group loans and other financing instruments
- Record cash payment and cash receipt transactions in the accounting system
- Coordinate compliance with group internal control team (inc. risk and control policies, procedures, processes drafting and approval)
- Participation in intra-group financing schemes design and execution
- New companies initial stage maintenance and support
- Help with initial set up with office and other administrative tasks

Desired experience:
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance or accounting
- At least 3-5 years of treasury and banking experience in a large, multi-national corporation
- Language skills: Fluent Dutch and English; knowledge of a third language such as Russian or German is considered a plus
- Experience in a start-ups and office administration is considered a plus
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP system a plus
