GBS offers Statoil services in the areas of finance, facility management, IT, projects, human resources and communication. Today GBS is present in Norway, Denmark, UK, Belgium, the Netherlands, the US and Canada. In addition, services are delivered to Statoil offices in 30 other countries.

The sector Financial Supply Chain (FSC) within Global Business Services is responsible for the group's cash management operations (bank and payment solutions) as well as accounts payable and receivable.

For the In-House Bank department, Statoil is currently looking for a Cash Manager:

Job Description

The In-House Bank department delivers services globally in the following areas:

- Business analysis and implementation of payment and cash management solutions

- Ensuring sufficient cash at the right time in the right account for all Statoil entities

You are part of a team of 4 cash managers reporting to the In-House Bank Services Manager;

You are responsible for the global Financial Supply Chain services to a portfolio of Statoil entities;

- You advise your internal customers on all Financial Supply Chain related issues;

- You analyse, implement and follow up on optimal Financial Supply Chain solutions in line with business requirements and corporate policies;

You represent our sector as project manager or project participant:

- You define the scope and different levels of project planning;

- You involve a multidisciplinary team and coordinate deliveries from different resources;

- You ensure training and support after implementation;

You ensure a professional operational relationship with one of our main cash management banks;

- You are the main contact person for cash management operations;

- You establish and maintain a Service Level Agreement;

- You report on quality of delivered services on a regular basis.

Job Requirements

- Master degree in Economics or Finance or equivalent through experience;

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial position;

- Fluency in English;

- Strong communicator;

- High customer focus;

- Process oriented;

- Critical mindset;

- Team player who can work autonomously;

- Willing to travel (short business trips).
