Description
- Identify and define key portfolio segments and develop opportunities to enhance the customer experience and profitability thorough frequent and robust testing, consumer research and competitive environment.
- Ongoing analysis and assessment of competitive landscape to understand and adjust, where necessary, communications and offers
- Define the end-to-end customer experience for the product across all existing customer communication touchpoints/channels. Assess existing service and sales experience, including Retention, and determine key areas for immediate improvement and implementing enhancements that will drive customer satisfaction and net promotion.
