Our client is one of the global leading commercial banks with the headquarter based in Europe
Job Description
- To gain market share by proactively targeting and winning business, through proactive deal generation, requiring concerted internal and external marketing of PCM
- To respond to and satisfy customer needs in a timely and professional manner
- To maintain an in-depth awareness of current trends and developments in the cash management marketplace
- To adhere to all procedures covering the handover from Sales to Implementation, whilst retaining overall responsibility for the deal during that phase
- To ensure service quality and profitability meet customer and bank expectations
- To ensure accurate MIS reports are delivered in a timely manner
The Successful Applicant
- University graduate majoring in Finance and Marketing preferred
- Minimum 7 years related banking experience on product sales or relationship management, preferable with 3-4 years of staff management experience
- Good knowledge of banking operations and workflows (namely payments, trade and account operations) is essential
- Cash Sales experiences in a must
- Strong communication, interpersonal, selling and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand customer's needs and cross-sell the Bank's products and services
- Good command of spoken and written English
