Casino Games Producer Job in Dublin, Dublin Ireland
A global online games company seek a Producer to join their talented Dublin operation in the City Centre.
The position will be responsible for recognising, finding and developing viable casino game concepts and then managing the creation of games, including scheduling, production, testing, and roll-out of the game.
Responsibilities
· Work closely with development team to set, assign, manage and complete design and production tasks
· Understand the “soul” of an existing game and become a primary advocate for the game in the company, and passionately articulate goals and team principles to help form a stimulating and fun work environment
· Create specifications to communicate a projects vision, short and long term goals, budget, and schedule to development teams, and communicate project status to management
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure projects are being developed on time, on budget, and at an acceptable level of quality and polish
Experience Needed
· 4+ years of experience as a producer or project manager in the games industry, with some in casino/ slots gaming area
· A deep understanding of games, with the ability to identify flaws in design, art, and “feel”
· Strong communication and writing skills, with experience communicating both creative and technical feedback
· Deep understanding of the game development process, from planning and budgeting through final release
· Casual game industry experience
