Achieve cost management objectives through expert execution and compliance processes ? Investigate, evaluate and negotiate catastrophe claims in order to reach a fair and equitable settlement ? Provide support to local offices for the investigation, evaluation, and negotiation of claims in order to reach a fair and equitable settlement. ? Act as a customer advocates establishing and maintaining customer rapport. ? Create a positive customer experience by utilizing customer focused processes, appropriate behaviors and skills to achieve overall business objectives. ? Must be able to train and mentor lesser knowledgeable employees. Required Skills: Years of Experience: Four (4) or more years of experience in property adjusting estimating, constructions industry experience ? manager/estimator, insurance estimator Sub Contractor, Owner/Estimator (i.e., roofing, siding, fencing, electrical, carpet/flooring, lumber yard, engineer, or an architect), and four (4) or more years of experience as an auto tech. Communication: Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proactive: Ability to take initiative to seek training needed and be able to apply what was learned in a live environment Ethical behavior: Display of personal and professional integrity Self-starter: Ability to work independently with little to no supervision Technology: Ability to navigate basic computer skills in order to be proficient in the position Compensation and other important information: Competitive salary, commensurate with experience Excellent benefits starting on your first day of employment, including 401K, health, dental, vision and life insurance. On the job training Work schedule: It is Allstate's goal to support our customers how, when and where they want to do be served. Allstate's Customer Information Centers will provide service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. As a result, it is critical that all our team members can commit to a flexible work schedule that includes some weekends and holidays. This position requires a 10/4 (10 days on, four days off ) work schedule. Qualifications Ideal qualifications: 4 year college degree with extensive insurance claims background Proven record of outstanding customer service delivery Excellent listening and interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to take initiative and seek training necessary to excel Proven record for maintaining the highest level of personal and professional integrity Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
