Job Description:

Requirements
·Responsible for management and maintenance of product and catalog application data in corporate database
Manage the creation and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date catalog data within Talking Pictures that includes vehicle application data, part images, PIES data, product attributes and competitive interchanges for internal and external customer use
Perform systematic data reviews to assure content management data is accurate and available
·Responsible for management of catalog production
Drive the process from application database to the typesetting, proofing and marketing pages within the catalog
·Manage research of new applications for global product lines
Manage RD process coordinating with Engineering and product teams
New unit identification and component identification coordinating with Commodity Managers
Coordinate with Commodity Managers in support of new product development process
Create and send list of new OEM units with supporting data to Commodity Managers
·Support of KwikFinder product and supporting data required
·Product interchanges
Own management of global product interchanges coordinating with global Sales organizations ensuring data integrity is maintained
Manage required data acquisition
Maintain competitive interchanges
Process interchanges as required by global Sales organizations
·Manage delivery of electronic data feeds and images
ACES-Aftermarket Catalog Enhanced Standard-Responsible for mapping applications
PIES-PIES Product Information Exchange Standard-Responsible for definition of PIES attributes
Custom Formats
Maintain market specific application requirements
Image management
Provide support to Marketing, Commodity Management and global Sales organizations as required
Job Experience:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Expert knowledge of all facets of print and digital sales and marketing
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Excellent organizational skills and analytical skills, including proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office applications
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor
Years of Experience Required: At Least 3 Years
