Category Manager – Seeds and Nuts Category Manager, Netherlands, Salary: Highly competitive, (Seeds, Nuts, Dried Fruit, Dutch, Category Manager)

Our client is a leader in the agricultural organic products trading space and is currently looking to bring on an experienced Category Manager to join an established team in their Netherlands office. This candidate will lead a team of around 5 traders and sales people and also lease with the US office on all trading activities to encourage global expansion.

 Responsibilities for Seeds and Nuts Category Manager, Netherlands, Salary: Highly competitive, (Seeds, Nuts, Dried Fruit, Dutch, Category Manager) role:

• Oversee the trading and sales activities of the agricultural team

• Covers sourcing, procurement, logistics and trading of all products

• Hold responsibility for the PL of the trading team and to ensure that this is kept at a satisfactory level

• Be alert to developments across the international markets

• Develop new trading contacts across global markets and encourage the new product development

Skills / Attributes required for Seeds and Nuts Category Manager, Netherlands, Salary: Highly competitive, (Seeds, Nuts, Dried Fruit, Dutch, Category Manager) role:

• 5+ years experience in the Agricultural Trading Space

• Have an excellent understanding of the seeds, nuts and dried fruits products

• Have experience in the food industry, particularly dealing with organic products

• Fluency in the Dutch language is a must, any other languages are a plus

• Be willing to be based in the Netherlands
