GLOBAL SUPERBRAND: Needing no introduction, our client is one of the globe's most successful consumer brand owners.

THE ROLE: You'll lead and manage a team to help understand brand building and/or brand development to a level which enables you to advise the business on advertising, brand positioning, and product development recommendations. The category has a drive to product perfectionism, and they are particularly interested in applicants who have a beauty background and an eye for design. You'll be independent and deliver fact based, objective views of the business. You will provide credible recommendations to marketing business partners, based on a one consumer approach across regional, local and global Brand Building and Brand Development CMI teams.

ABOUT YOU: You'll have operational understanding and use of brand development market research techniques in Product Development, Launch Planning, Communication Development Equity Tracking, Idea Generation, In Market Performance measurement, Global Research delivery: managing complex studies in multiple geographies and ideally some exposure to strategic brand management and category development tools e.g. TNS Needscope Brand Mapping, Habits and Usage studies, Market Driver analyses.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary - £50 - £55,000

Bonus - 20%

Benefits - Healthcare, Pension, 25 Days + Stats

Location: Leatherhead, Kingston, Twickenham
